                              RESOLUTION NO. 21692
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
                 FINANCE OFFICER TO ENTER INTO AN INVESTMENT
                 ADVISORY AGREEMENT WITH PUBLIC FINANCIAL
                 MANAGEMENT, INC. TO PROVIDE INVESTMENT ADVISORY
                 SERVICES TO THE CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
                 AGREEMENT ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART
                 HEREOF BY REFERENCE.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor and the City Finance
       Officer are hereby authorized to enter into an Investment 
Advisory
       Agreement with Public Financial Management, Inc. to provide
       investment advisory services to the City in accordance with the
       Agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
